Please read these terms carefully before using tk1921. By accessing the platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause below.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the tk1921 website, accessible at tk1921.bet, and all related services, games, betting markets, promotions, and communications operated under the tk1921 brand ("the Platform"). The Platform is operated for the benefit of players in the Bangladesh market.
By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. - Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

- Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on tk1921. Operating multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
- Own Identity: You must register using your own genuine personal details. Creating accounts on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
tk1921 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo ID, proof of mobile wallet ownership (bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay), and proof of residential address. Accounts that fail verification may be suspended pending review.
To access the full range of tk1921 services, you must complete the registration process and create a Player Account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time verification codes associated with your account. tk1921 will never ask you to share your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the support team at [email protected] immediately and change your password without delay.
tk1921 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse, use of prohibited software, or violation of any clause within these Terms. In such cases, tk1921 may withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation and may be required to report the matter to relevant authorities.
You must promptly update your account details if any registered information changes. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if the name registered on your tk1921 account does not match the name on the mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) you use for withdrawals. tk1921 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.

tk1921 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, select bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank), Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. No other payment methods are accepted at this time.
The minimum single deposit on tk1921 is ৳200. There is no upper limit on individual deposits, though tk1921 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that are unusually large relative to a player's historical transaction profile.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. tk1921 is not liable for delays caused by the player's financial service provider.
Bonus funds credited to a Player Account are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
All account balances, wagers, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Where a game provider displays amounts in a foreign currency, the equivalent BDT value at the current exchange rate will be applied. tk1921 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between transaction initiation and settlement.
An account is classified as dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. tk1921 will notify the registered account holder by email prior to applying any dormancy policy. Dormant account balances may be subject to an administrative fee of ৳100 per month after the notification period expires. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and contacting support.
tk1921 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladesh events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the offer.
- Each promotional offer is available once per eligible player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
- tk1921 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated via the Platform where reasonably practicable.
- Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds. Where a Player Account holds both bonus and real-money balances, wagering will first draw from the bonus balance.
- tk1921 may void any bonus and related winnings if it determines that the player obtained the bonus through fraudulent means, in breach of these Terms, or through the exploitation of a system error or technical fault.
- Promotions are intended for recreational players. Players who tk1921 determines are engaging in systematic bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-margin wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements — may have their bonus privileges restricted or removed without affecting their ability to play with real-money funds.
- The welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 applies to the first qualifying deposit only and carries a wagering requirement of 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount on eligible games. Slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games contribute 10%.
All casino games available on tk1921 are supplied by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by the individual rules published within the game interface. Where a conflict exists between a game provider's rules and these Terms, the game provider's rules shall take precedence in respect of game mechanics; these Terms shall take precedence in all other respects.
tk1921 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a manifest error, system malfunction, or data feed failure has occurred. In such circumstances, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance. tk1921 is not liable for any losses arising from a player's decision to continue wagering after becoming aware of a possible technical error.
Sports betting markets on tk1921 cover BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, and other major cricket and sporting events. Match results are settled in accordance with official governing-body results. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or result reversal, tk1921 will apply its standard settlement rules, and affected bets may be voided and stakes returned. Live in-play markets may be suspended at any time at tk1921's discretion.
The following betting activities are strictly prohibited on tk1921: match-fixing or insider information-based wagering; placing bets on behalf of or in coordination with another player to exploit a market; using software to calculate bet outcomes in real time in an automated manner; and placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts to guarantee profit regardless of outcome. Any account found engaging in prohibited betting activities will be immediately suspended, and relevant funds may be withheld pending investigation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk1921 and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds resulting from your voluntary wagering decisions on the Platform.
- Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
- Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment service providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank.
- Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
- Any inaccuracy in odds, game results, or sports data caused by a technical error or third-party data feed failure, subject to the void-bet provisions in Clause 6.1.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit tk1921's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
tk1921 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the processing of your mobile wallet details for the purpose of facilitating deposits and withdrawals, and the use of session and behavioural data for the purpose of fraud prevention and responsible gaming monitoring.
tk1921 may send you promotional communications by email or in-platform notification regarding new games, bonuses, and seasonal promotions. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by updating your communication preferences in your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect your ability to receive transactional or service-related notifications such as deposit confirmations and withdrawal updates.
tk1921 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, tk1921 will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter player rights or obligations) may be applied without prior notice.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting the support team.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and tk1921 with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
